CRACKER BARREL’S CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE | JUST A PINCH RECIPES

|3 – eggs|
|1/2 cup(s) sugar|
|1 cup(s) corn syrup, light|
|1/2 teaspoon(s) salt|
|1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract|
|1/4 cup(s) melted butter|
|1 cup(s) pecans, halved|
|3 tablespoon(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips|
|1 – plain pie crust|
- Preheat oven to 350F. In medium sized bowl, beat together eggs, then add sugar, mix well. Mix in corn syrup, salt, vanilla and butter. Place pecans and chocolate chips in pie shell, pour in mixture. Pecans will rise to the top when baking. Bake for 50-60 min.
